Performance and characteristics
1. The pH value is neutral and the damage to paper woven fabric is small.
2. It can penetrate into the inside of the forming net and blanket, dissolve the resin, wax, fine fiber, filler and other dirt left inside and outside the net blanket, and then remove them.
3. It can restore the cleaning of the mesh blanket, improve the water filtration of the paper, extend the shutdown period, and improve the operation efficiency of the paper machine.
Scope of application
It is suitable for cleaning forming net and blanket.
Usage method
1. In the forming net, blanket parking cleaning, can use the concentration of 5-12% solution. The specific dosage depends on the design of raw materials, the content of pollutants, the pH value of the system and the temperature.
2. Shutdown cleaning: generally, the diluent is sprayed evenly on the slow-moving mesh blanket with a water gun and kept for more than 15 minutes, and then washed with clean water.
3. Online cleaning: the diluent is usually added to the spray system with a metering pump, 3 times day, more than 1 hour each time.
4. Service temperature: 35 ℃ – 55 ℃.
Packaging and storage
50kg plastic barrel (lined with plastic bag) or provide packaging according to customer requirements. Store in a dry and cool place.
