Performance and characteristics

1. Water soluble, cationic, non-toxic and non irritating.
2. Effectively remove resin, improve paper quality and maintain equipment stability.
3. Good storage stability at room temperature.
4. It is easy to use and can be added in many ways.

Scope of application

Toilet paper, handkerchief paper, tissue paper and other household paper; Coated paper, double offset paper and other cultural paper; Other paper grades that may cause resin barrier in production.

Usage method

1. The adding points of the product include: mixing tank, pulp forming tank, refiner, etc. You can add continuously at a single point or multiple points for the best results.

2. After on-line dilution with clean water, it is added to the slurry system to obtain better dispersion and efficiency.

3. Depending on pulp type, quality, resin content and application of other chemicals in wet end, the dosage should be between 0.5 ‰ and 10 ‰.

4. Ordinary metering pump or high viscosity pump can be used to add the product to the slurry system.

Packaging and storage

50kg, 200kg or 1000kg plastic barrel packaging, according to the needs of customers can provide special packaging. Store in a cool place away from light to avoid freezing. The storage period is 6 months.
